Rambo RE identified this parcel as one where multiple homes could be built and quickly presented the project to an investor. The project on Bonner was yet another tear down. The original home was ran down with an overgrown tree in the front and an empty pool in the backyard. Once the original house was torn down the lot was legally split into two lots and two brand new modern 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 2200 sq ft homes were born. This was one of the many fun projects we had the pleasure of being apart of from start to finish…literally!
